What is Vardenafil?
Vardenafil helps men who have erectile dysfunction to get and maintain an erection for physical intercourse. Do not take vardenafil if you are taking or have recently taken nitrates or nitroglycerin drugs.
How to work Vardenafil?
Vardenafil takes effect quickly, within about half hours, and typically lasts up to 8 hours. It functions very similarly to Sildenafil with a few key differences. The use of vardenafil improves the likelihood of QT prolongation, which can sometimes be followed by irregular heartbeats. This should be heavily weighed when choosing to take Vardenafil.
What is the dosage
For most individuals, the suggested dose of regular vardenafil pills is 10 mg per day taken 1 hour before intercourse. If there is no response or side effects, the dose may be extended to 20 mg or, if there are side effects, it may be decreased to 5 mg.
Individuals 65 years of age or older should begin therapy with 5 mg.
